All natural ingredients (real lemons crystalized into powder form) and only 5 calories (sweetned with Stevia). This lemonade taste is perfect, my kids and I both love it. I travel with packets in my purse and we order water now and add a packet of lemonaide instead of going for that soda. You will love it.
